I have also been concerned about a possible falling out between BennyBoy and David.

I will say this - if BennyBoy doesn't deliver on his FB promises (dating back to January), which count as shareholder communication in the eyes of the SEC, he'll be dealing with another SEC issue.

He needs to deliver on those FB statements. Those were bold statements he made.
