My first reading of the financials showed a $2 plus share value. When the price started dropping I read this board then carefully reread the financials.

The assumptions I made ;
605,400,387 shs authorized

357,186,230 shs for merger, this will increase value. Unknown what restricted means but NW must be worth at least 700 mil or merger wouldn't make sense.

38,254,263 shs issued and free tading - IMHO this is the figure that should be used for EPS.

I hate to see anyone lose money from misinformation but I did get shs at a good price today.
