Right profits stay within IVXX and non go to TRTC. No benefit to TRTC. It does benefit those who will be drawing a salary for managing IVXX and if you look at who are listed as the managers on the articles of incorporation for IVXX LLC, you will see who ultimately benefits. Hint, TRTC isn't listed.
