And wouldn't you think J&J is trying their damnedest to keep it that way? Draw it out and sweep it under the rug, same old tactics for them. Fire seems to be getting a little warm for them at this stage... DECN did put out financials and aren't required to put out audited financials... yet.

May 15 is the next target date for reporting, so we'll see if anything changes by then. Meanwhile, DECN is starting to rattle the cage a little more and we'll see what kind of results it generates.
