question for you experienced investors, in this situation for AMIC waiting on approval for fda approval and the pps is dropping because its an otc, is it illegal for the owners to hold information good or bad, granted if they have gotten approval recently and they are making sure everything is in check before the announcement, and they were wanting to buy more shares would they have to announce before/at the same time or after they have already bought more shares.
