Maybe the economics of golf?

My neighborhood course will be closing next year ... never in the best condition but very playable.

A family owned and operated course they've struggled to keep going. Now they will sell the land and enjoy the rewards.

There's a couple of other courses that are closing ... the game needs a new hero to reverse the trend.
