There are several good things going on for this company right now and there are plenty of forward looking plans in the works. It's all there on the page and in the recent 10-K. $MSPC has a lot going for it and it's just a matter of weeks(if not days) that we see a significant upward price movement.

Honestly, I've seen companies with 100x the market cap of this that aren't nearly as organized or as attentive to share holders.
