SCRC. Ed, what it really does is continue the hurt the company's credibility with legitimate investors the longer the K takes. The company had a golden opportunity to have it done on time and blew it. They had an opportunity to have it done before Bob went to Vegas and blew it. And the current PPS confirms this. Until the K is out I don't see the PPS moving. I hope I am wrong but I doubt it.
