A number of the Military excersises in the U.S. involve U.N. foreign nationals ... Many just involve locals armed to the teeth.

One can only guess why ... But after the Boston Marathon bombing, there was a total lockdown of Boston ...

I am not sure it takes a rocket scientist to figure out where things may be going.

Things have become local now.
