I have also been schooled that 99.9% of the time it is not a good idea to hold Penny stocks "long-term" as they will continually dilute, rinse and repeat until your value has evaporated. Thus, most "investors" in penny stocks are just looking for a quick flip, they will hype them up on these message boards acting like they are "investors", then if it runs up a few ticks they are the first to bail. Thus, I am not a long-term investor buying into this company, I was also buying in on a dip with the impression based on their past 2 PR's (October 2014 & January 2015) that their product sales were increasing, but I have yet to see a quarterly report showing any revenues and thus have only been holding because I am "trapped" into holding due to the low volume and number of shares I own. If they do follow thru with more PR's in the near term providing more solid visibility, maybe they might just turn me into a longer term shareholder, time will tell.
