RS not likely, AS increase more likely and more easily done. Just a filing with the state of incorporation(Nevada)and an approval by Flabio as he is still the majority shareholder, watch for a "by written consent of the majority shareholder."

Probably to a couple hundred million. In the next 4 to 6 months.
