If I had to guess he is in control of all the authorized shares up till the 5 billion. Not surprisingly all the selling happen AFTER financials were released. Report a nice number for outstanding shares then start dumping when no one will know the float is increasing. Classis PUMP and DUMP scam by someone who has a history of doing it. Just google his name.
