Nope I don't agree...It was more shares because the discounts on the notes weren't taken into consideration since that was not listed in details.

There is a 6 month waiting period before eligibility for conversion...any new notes, IF they were taken, wouldn't come into play until late summer since the last Q had "subsequent events" through end of January.
