Buyout price triples with 1 approved product.

IMO the route with a partnership for sales/marketing may get us all to a buy out quicker and with more reward for shareholders.

NH has already said that there have been buyout offers. Clearly these were low-ball offers based on a lack of approved ADF product. NH and the entire industry damn well under stand that with modular 2 bead technology that 1 approval = 17 approvals. My opinion is that serious buyout discussions only begin after ELI-200 approval. How quickly and aggressively he moves to market ELI-200 and push through ELI-201, 202 depends entirely on the buyout discussions.

NH has a buyout price right now. I don't know what it is, but he does. When he gets that price, this egg is cooked. If that is after ELI-200 approval but before launch, then good for us. Could be tomorrow, could be 2020. If he has to market ELI-200 and start pushing through 201, he'll do it. Then 202 if necessary. He knows the value of the company, and by now it should be obvious to all interested parties that he will continue to execute his plan until that buyout price is achieved. There will be no acceptance of low-ball offers in order to avoid the risk and trouble of "going it alone."

P.S. Dear Nasrat, if you PM me with your buyout price, I promise I won't tell anyone.
