The idea that investors will be wiped out after a reverse split, if it were to occur, is highly unlikely.

If this is the case, PVEC investors should expect a reverse split that would essentially wipe out the value of their holdings




If you've been paying attention, investors haven't been able to trade lately, this equals no value. A reverse split of even a 1000:1 means someone holding 10 million now holds 10 thousand tradable shares, this has a value (the same value as before the split but now tradable). Having no value to having value is the opposite of being wiped out.
And then there is the C's, but you don't need to explain your opinion, I get it. And I have my own.
