M_E sorry if you drew that interpretation as such is not the case. Greed is greed whatever side you are playing. Was just referring to the liklihood that the majority of this recent move was based on the heavy/record short side interest in many issues. Back in March downside volumes dried up rapidly with some days down on 1.1 billion shares on the Comp. I think that encouraged some bulls and gave them conviction that the shorts control had lessened and thus the balance tipped back to being long. This has played out in all past bubbles. Once this move tops out ill be back on the short side...potentially quite soon depending on how things unfold this week.
