I wouldn't call today's PR a negative, but just not much of a positive.

This announcement will certainly catch the attention of current Pharmaceutical ointment manufacturers. All NNVC will need to do is license the drug which will generate 100's of millions in revenue.

If NNVC can't figure out how to make useful quantities of its 'cides what makes you think current pharmaceutical companies will be able to? After all, NNVC had to go it alone on manufacturing precisely because they couldn't find any other company that could make their 'cides.
