Though it is worth noting that the former is from a company filing, the latter is from a company email.

The company has yet to file the in-effect 8-state BMOC agreement, as it did the original which is no longer in effect per the current 10-K. And the original did not state the royalty percentage. It was good to have Mr. Henthorn disclose, albeit through unconventional means (email to an iHub poster) that it is, in fact, 6% + 1% marketing fee. I hope the company will file the new agreement.
