There is nothing in that BS story that shows that the headline is true....

I do agree that there should be an age limit and the parents of children that get hold of there edibles should be prosecuted.

The second link you posted has the most bizarre & crazy statement I have ever seen, which tells what kind of agenda that web site has.

A man high on the pot then dramatically ate the face of another man, marijuana again to blame for his actions. Cannabis has the same root word as Cannibal for a reason: marijuana makes the human mind so deluded, that people will go mad with it and try to eat each other, like a pack of mindless zombies.
