New Corporate Governance Initiatives to Separate the Roles of Chairman and CEO! I'm sure this was a give by Brad during the SEC investigation and it's a good one for the company. He had way too much influence. It'll also be nice to have 5 independent board members that will act in the shareholder interest and delay projects and other things that might make sense from a growth prospective but not something that is feasible or needed at this point in time.
