Uhhh doesn't that make it sound like they're creating a whole new company. Would BTZO still get credit for the spin outs revenue?

Because what I'm reading is this makes a whole new company that the parent company invests in but has no direct correlation to. It also says it can take supplies and goods. What prevents them from using the spin off as the new BTZO by moving all their products and services there then diluting this to create the "investment" in the spin off. That would make the spin off flush with cash, restructuring the shares and rendering BTZO nothing more than a figurehead.
