The Intel supporter has always fallen back on, "Intel will win in the end because they spend more than anyone else on manufacturing." Well, now they're clearly not, and they're headed in the wrong direction relative to TSMC, etc. Suddenly it just doesn't matter? Now it's, "they could if they wanted to?"


Umh, my argument was about financial superiority of Intel compared to TSMC. It was actually me who mentioned that TSMCs CAPEX is currently higher than that of Intel and I never said I like it. My argument was just that there seems to be some cooling in the semiconductor business in general, not just Intel, since TSMC lowered its CAPEX as well. Stay with the facts please!
