If your intuition and DD leads you to believe that they are hoarding shares because they don't want to dump them quickly and drive down the PPS then that is where it leads you.

I look at the same facts and think that they only way I hold that many shares especially through some of the high volume days we've had is if I think it's going up. Way up. Otherwise they'd have dumped them the day before the CE.

An example of how two people can see the same thing and interpret it differently. I think that in the initial phase, public opinion drives a stock like this more so than numbers. I'll bet a high percentage of people here don't expect the books to work out right now like they'll have to in a few months. I am buying the opportunity to own a large number of shares of a company that may become profitable one day.

I think that one poster posted a document that implied that one day when pot is legal everywhere they may include THC in the drinks. If they pull that off, this will be WAY MORE than a niche market.

Bottom line, I see JG as an imperfect person. I've known others like him. It's hard for me to imagine that he'd work this hard (signing deals, amazon, real product, fully reporting to uplist) to dump it all. I DO believe it may even be possible that it started that way and it is entirely possible that he stumbled onto an idea that clicked and realized he just found buried treasure. I'm gonna leave my 5k there for a while and see how this plays out. I don't get too high with pumpers and too low with dumpers. I listen to the cautious middle. For me to believe that JG isn't sincere, he'd have to behave in a manner that doesn't look sincere.

You just don't have to put this much effort into bilking people out of a lot of money.

I bought in before the product was released and thought many times, if this isn't real im about to lose it all LOL! But my gut told me to hold. My gut was right. even today, if I had another 3k handy that I could buy in with and this goes over a dollar, which seems possible now (not a guarantee, jmo). That's a new truck in a few months. Or even if you sold at .46 thats 6 k now (or a decent boat that is twice as good as what you could have bought).

One thing about it, either you'll be right or I will. If I'm wrong and you are right I'll lose 5k, gain an education, be ticked at myself a little and move on. I've got friends that spend that in a weekend at the casino. If I'm right and you are wrong about this, I may never have to work again. The only thing I know is that I cannot sell this right now because if I look at this thing a year from now and it has continued to rise and get's bought out for $8 bucks a share or $16 or $40, I'd put a gun in my mouth. I can forgive myself for betting 5k but not for missing that.

And yes these stocks almost never make it. But this one has so far. IT HAS SURVIVED CE, short attacks, real product, negative posting. It continues to climb. The fact is that if we could go forward in a time machine a year from now we'd see that some penny stocks emerged from penny land to dollar land, several probably. Many many more will fail, no doubt. But some will live. MJ is an emerging sector, a rising tide if you will, in a country where MJ is increasingly legal. This stock is riding that tide.

People have been loudly reading the obituary for this thing for weeks. (remember the guy in Monty Python's quest for the holy grail.."But im not dead!")

When I arrived with my little bit of $ the mantra was
"there is no product. It doesn't exist!!! that is why they are not selling it. Classic pump and dump." (there is a product now. so at worst it isn't a classic pump and dump it is an elaborate pump and dump and at best a business in its infancy).

Then the Caveat Emptor: 30 days minimum! (wrong)
I heard each of these things said...
Companies never survive this!! Grey sheets are next. Halted!!! I've never seen a company get past the skull and bones. That always signs grey sheets next. Never seen it end differently!!! (well you've seen it now so congrats to you on this first time experience. glad I was here to see it with you the first time a company went back to pink sheets)

My point? Each time this stubborn little monkey accomplishes something some are going to proclaim that Jerry turned water into wine and others are going to move the finish line back a little further (no product...not real (yes it is) not selling on amazon (yes it is), CE won't be removed (yes it is). I don't know what the next line will be but we'll find out this week.

I'll see where it ends and be ok if it ends badly for me. But last week and the weeks before its not dead, infact it looks healthier every day. Now the CE is gone and the market for a change reacted appropriately. Not too much, not too little. Just a bump. Healthy. Need to see some evidence of earnings for the next few weeks in OK and TX.
