Let's assume he's not quite that dumb. He'd be somewhat careful in e-mails, too, but the best way to do that is to have a policy, and that policy would be official dogma of the company, that all e-mails will be destroyed on a timely basis. That covers a lot.

So instead of writing this stuff down, he'd have to teach it to them one on one. I'll bet Jeffy's not a quick study at all, and lacks the discipline to P&D properly, but you go with what you've got.

I wonder what they're planning on doing with HVEL. Maybe it's just a safe harbor of sorts for NTEK insiders who didn't want to be in on the final phase of total dilution and liquidation, and has no purpose beyond that.
