I have been familiar with these two terminologies for quite some time. I will admit there are some differences, but all in all I think both actions heard in the same direction. I am more interested in the RS that was mentioned and how exactly that will affect the reorganization of this company after the apparent merger (though I am not sure it's an actual merger). There are are a number of questions that need to be answered and I hope that Hub will do that shortly.
