Chemotherapy "numerous", Avastin and Yervoy are the only drugs prescribed consistently in our hospital group, in that order. People just want hope and willing take "whatever" the oncologist recommend. My job is to stir them away from the side effects and let them know how many months you will "average" get at what cost "not financial". Needless to say the clinical pharmacist in my group always recommends to dc the Avastin. The oncologist love Avastin and get to keep it on care 60% of the time "it does nothing but inflammation and severe internal bleeding". They have final say. They let the clinical pharmacist takeover when hospice comes in.

Bavituximab is so needed today for any possible cure! Opdivo appears to be another inflation nightmare imo.
