TSMC has about the same cash as Intel ($14 billion)..why do you assume Intel is the survivor in a melt-down situation??


Maybe you first think about it once more. Do you really think that one year of CAPEX in cash is enough to win this war, especially if your competitor has as much cash at hand as you have?
