That is a trick statement as anyone technically can stream 4K at 4mbps, but at that res and compression it's a smeary slide show. Absolutely no reason to do so.
What's really odd is nanotech, the principle or anyone associated with nanotech entertainment ever said or quoted 4mbps... only and always 6 mbps. Not even the principle going to prison soon would be silly enough to make that claim. Don't know where that came from. But it wasn't from ntek directly.
And, btw, any 4K stream HAS to be compressed and schmooshed below 25mbps. There's not enough metal in your cable going to your house to stream pristine uncompressed 4K in the first place. But reality doesn't sell pinky stock.
