I admit I found this on the dummy board (not an Ihub board), but it's really interesting.

The quotation from Judge Sweeney sounds like her. She does make statements from the Bench that are basically fragments of sentences and she's always extremely careful to be "nice" to the DOJ attorneys.

It's starting to seem decisively clear that it was the Treasury (with input from White House) that was driving the third amendment. That could (or should) mean that the Court of Claims case will go forward. It was the "government" that did the taking, not the "conservator." That's incredibly helpful. And, once depositions start in May 2015 or so (just on whether "the government" was driving the process) the DOJ and Tsy may start re-thinking what they are doing.

Even though the lawyers and their staff are sworn to secrecy, some info will come out in the status hearings and so on.
