And court orders in situations like this are quite normal to see.

Any reasonable person would know a GOOD ATTORNEY will look for every court procedure written by the U S Congress which allows defendents in pending court case te right to get the cases against them dismissed, etc ...

If the rights of defendents are not used by themselves then they deserve what is coming.

THE SEC WORKS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE. THEY MUST FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES WRITTEN BY CONGRESS. THEY ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW, NOR IS THEIR GOAL TO SINGLE OUT INDIVIDUALS FOR EXAMPLE PURPOSES ..... FACT
