It's promoted with "DD" that claims Fabio's private companies are subsidiaries and other false "DD" about uplisting and now we'll start hearing about Duhberto's private companies, like power clouds. Sounds like you believe what I've been saying all along. Investors can't verify anything Flabio/Duhberto have said except by believing them. There has never been any source except them. Try to find anything about the 3 names that Duhberto sold shareholders.
He sold WDAS 3 fake companies, they're just names similar to real companies, but they're still not real. Made up for the promotion.
They should have a business motto of "don't look at the old stuff by these 2, look at the shiny new thing instead."
All they have had done is throw company names around, claim revenue is made and then throw that money around until it all gets lost.
Take WRMT for instance, WDAS supposedly gave $2M to WRMT for 90% of the OS, then Flabio supposedly gives WRMT $3M for I think was 12M shares which ultimately lowers WDAS ownership to about 55% and now 1 of Vince Browne's shell companies(PayNovi)has been given or bought some shares of WRMT and WDAS.
WRMT has supposedly received $5M($2M in 4th quarter + $3M in the 1st quarter of 2015)but according to the SEC filing they have about $56 in the bank. Flabio has fudged the numbers again to make it look like something is happening but the only thing happening is that shareholders are losing money.
