Now for full disclosure...the company addressed the late filing the very next day! They apologized and explained how it was their fault as they had directed their resources towards the expansion, Colorado and buying back the convertible debt. They also announced they hired an additional financial consultant to ensure it a late filing never happens again. This is a fully transparent company making great decisions. It will be out next week.
