The only reason this stock has downtrended is because lack news! Quality Stocks is one of worst IRs there is around... From the way it looks post QS there hasn't been any news released!!! This could be very interesting when that 10K does drop! Imagine what a $20 mill contract would do for this stock. Can you say .50+?! I just can't wait until next week the suspense is killing me!
