There is a company called Sun Vault Energy that is involved in this too. Their website is:

It is amazing how many companies are working with UCLA:

They claim to have these super capacitors and also claim they will be offering them this year.

The old New Mexico Governor, Bill Richardson, is on their board. I have been tracking them for a few years. First got in at $0.05.
