Well, we still have our shares. Loretta Lynch still has not been confirmed, after five months. Relevant cases are still, even in the last week, being prosecuted by the SEC. There is still evidence of significant and sustained violations of Reg SHO in the trading activity of SpongeTech's stock. And I am just as dedicated to obtaining justice for SpongeTech shareholders as I have ever been.
