The did a second test after TCPL executed it's termination clause...explain that?

Can I oblige :

- this confirms the termination notice (followed by another 3,5 months of test) was not motivated by bad results
1: how could bad results be decided after only 2 weeks whereas we know the visible effects of the AOT (confirmed later but visible on the spot such as a reduction of pump power)
2 : the probable reason (remember the wording " successfully complete testing") was that they were confident they would have all positive datas after 4 months rather than 6 months, allowing them to fall back to their original schedule had not the delay in the beginning of testing happened,

- after several months of testing TC pointed out the blurring effects of otherfactors such as variation of uphill pump power, which according to them did not allow to draw straight conclusions from the datas

(and pricing of the AOT, because you can be sure this is all about that)

Hence the new tests with an independent company specialized in this field, on the TC's premises, with TC's agreement (because you better have the pipeline's owner's agreement when you are tweeking with the flow of the pipe !), which gave very very positive confirmations.

I hope my interpretation is not too spinny for your taste.
