Speaking strictly to the time that Kim(and everyone else including UND) thought it would take, he is right. The problem was no one was willing to do what Warwick has and is doing. Though you are right and it is clearly water under the bridge, I am not sure why it is important at this time. I thought of the same thing he is saying, but already knew the answer.

I mentioned a time or maybe two before. Everyone else was unable to get a deal done, because they thought they were bringing too much to the table, and they wanted too many concessions. They failed to see the value of the hand Kim was holding. Warwick saw that value.

I want to see this stuff in bandages, filters, and many many other things.
