One should always look to the source of any characterization of any document, or in this case, Audited Financial status.

This document, the latest, starts off by stating "Unaudited":

However, in the document there is a false statement:

Basis of Presentation
The financial statements of the Company have been prepared in accordance with the accounting principles generally accepted
in the United States of America (“GAAP”). In the opinion of management all normal recurring adjustments considered necessary
to give a fair presentation of operating results for the periods presented have been included. Interim results are not
necessarily indicative of results for a full year. The information included in this Form 10Q should be read in the conjunction
with information included in the 2011 audited financials.



Only SEC filers can submit a Form 10Q. SUTI hasn't been an SEC filer since 2010.
