What a bunch of false information: PeopleVine which could very well do just about anything for a company has with it a 400,000 commitment to develop it self over the next 2 years. UR facts are so wrong.........geez

If you take in account all the stock that will be converted in the near future, (with preferred G & H) you come up with over 3 billion shares. As far as this People Vine adding income you are wrong again & it was stated that 200-400 million will be added to make it profitable, over 1-2 years.

Then, the conversions are their for voting rights. So, to say he's going to convert 800M shares into the open market is just bogus too. These allegations are so false and misleading taken out of the context of ACG

FINALLY. IF FOR WHATEVER REASON THE CEO COVERTED which he's said he's not selling anything under .05 3Billion shares still compared to 99% OTC stocks shows a profitable company like ACGX trading much higher than those with no products or revenues.

$ACGX A legit company "value play" already profitable and low float. Do your DD but the chart, fundamentals and comparable co's in OTC says "strong buy". A proven company with 17 years experience and profitable 2014. GLTA
