That is not true. They filed annual report, but there was no PR. We had to read between the lines to find out the old CEO is gone since April 1st and Roberto is the new CEO. Also, we saw one line in there that said, they will change the name of the company to Power Clouds Inc. and the ticker will change and on and on an on. The company files things, but they don't do a press release to let future shareholders and current shareholders know anything. Only people on this board go and dig into OTC to read about the company.
