If PC's aren't good enough, why are the number of PCs older than 4 years at 600M (and growing from prior numbers)? Why are the upgrade cycles getting longer? Why are PC units contracting?

This isn't some one off thing - this has been happening for years now. Q1 units are back at 2009 levels.

What capability does a new PC have today that it didn't have 4 or 5 years ago?
