Those 5,300 shares...sells...or buys?

I'm not worried about it at all. The 10-q will come. The tradable float here is 3,755,075 when you subtract the shares from the New York investment firm. So you can't expect too much volume. For this stock to make an upward move there has to be a catalyst right now there is not one. I believe there will be that's why I invested here. The shares here are pretty tightly locked which is why to get shares you'd have to buy at over .12 cents.

How about the current transaction of 5,300 shares. Was this a buy order? Or a sell order?

If it was a buy order....how it is possible that an order went through below 12 cents?
