AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Mar 18, 2015) - AVEW Holdings Inc. (OTC PINK: AVEW) today announced its Advisory Board of Directors. The Advisory Board of Directors is comprised of six members:

Mr. Mike Steele - Aqua Blue Pools, Shreveport, LA
Mr. Jim DePetris - Attorney & VP-Real Estate Acquisitions, Dallas, TX
Mr. Tim Smith - VP-AVEW Custom Home Builders, Austin, TX
Ms. Misti Meyers - Director-AVEW Property Management, Austin, TX
Mr. Erric Davis - Director-AVEW Sales & Marketing, Austin, TX
Mr. Rudy Yepez - Co-Founder-Countryside Nursery & Landscape, Austin, TX

Mr. Steele was our first elected Advisory Board Director and an early company investor. Mr. Steele has 20 years' experience in pool maintenance and construction.

Ms. Meyers, Mr. Smith, Mr. DePetris and Mr. Davis are full time AVEW Holdings Inc. Managers and Officers.

Mr. Rudy Yepez is our newest Advisory Board Member and Co-Founder of Countryside Nursery & Landscape Company (Countryside). AVEW Holdings Inc. currently holds a definitive agreement to acquire Countryside. Closing date of the acquisition is earmarked for 2nd quarter 2015 soon after AVEW Holdings Inc. obtains its OTC:QB status. Additionally, Mr. Rudy Yepez is an AVEW Holdings Inc. investor along with Mr. Ramiro Yepez, Co-Founder of Countryside.

The AVEW Advisory Board meets twice a month and provides input to AVEW's four member Board of Directors. The Advisory Board reviews new projects for AVEW, reviews marketing plans and provides input for other important efforts across the company.
