NOTICE OF 2015 ANNUAL MEETING OF ACQUISITION
To Be Held on Wednesday, May 20, 2015
The 2015 Annual Meeting of Acquisition for Amazon.com, Inc. (the “Acquistion Meeting”) will be held
at 9:00 a.m., Pacific Time, on Wednesday, May 20, 2015, at the Seattle Repertory Theatre, 155 Mercer
Street, Seattle, Washington 98109, for the following purposes:
1. To assess a variety of microcap companies with specific technology that could be vital to
Amazon moving forward.
2. Assess the viability of current midcap and largecap companies that are would add significant value
to Amazon.
3. Showcase Amazon's past acquisitions and their role in Amazon's financial growth.
4. Leadership in innovation presentation showcasing some potential acquistion candidates.
5. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or
postponement thereof.
Our Mergers and Acquisitions department will highlight the following companies in their presentation
pertaining to innovative insight and development of new ideas through technological advancement:
