they wanted to have more FLEXIBILITY because the RECREATIONAL SIDE can bring in WAY MORE REVENUE...
the permit in SALIDA is actually right here:
as we all can read this permit was for Medical Marijuana - and what we can also see is that this permit was given and then the county put a MORATORIUM on licensing - so GETTING THIS TO BE A RECREATIONAL PERMIT - was going to be even more time consuming ......
I like the fact that they are efforting RECREATIONAL and NOT JUST MEDICAL
