no worries there string, this is the licensing business and those things will happen, as long as they continue to take steps week by week like they have been showing..., INCC still looks like it can be on track to be licensed sometime in August or September....
its only April 17th of 2015, and yes 2016 is roughly 7.5 months from today...
I feel good about INCC getting this license and I am thinking that if I own shares before the license announcement, I could see a pretty darn good increase on my return versus if I were to wait for them to get a license and then buy shares....
When LOOKING AT INCC to some other MJ plays that many people have heard of, look at the Authorized Share countsbelow), NOTE that not all these shares are being traded, but the companys can dilute their way up to these limits
also, some of these companys, the share count numbers are kinda old because their TA is Gagged, so you cannot get reliable reports all the time...
with INCC, you can get reports any time you want...they allow the TA to share the COUNT with you, you just simply email the TA and they send you the updated share structure...
many other MJ companies have far larger share counts and they have made it to .10+ share prices....

INCC - 1.9 BILLION SHARES today and FLOAT only 1,035,505,203
HEM* - 3 BILLION SHARES 34 cents in Feb 2014
MJN* - 5 BILLION SHARES 47 cents in Jan 2014
ERB* - 4.75 BILLION SHARES 11 cents in March 2014
all of those MJ plays have more shares that are circulating in their A/S and their floats
INCC can be bigger then all of these guys imo
I believe when INCC achieves a license, INCC will have a better share structure and also have way more REAL opportunity to EARN multi-million revenues from HAVING A GROW LICENSE
is there another OTC subpenny stock out there, that has a GROW LICENSE, with the THIN share structure???
I do not believe there is one other OTC stock that has this opportunity going for them...
looking at this, .47+ is possible with a license and a thin share structure and REVENUES from the grow harvest that can turn into multi millions of revenues
I am happy with what I see here and it seems there are many LONGS that are happy with what they see also, because I do not see any major sell off lately....INCC has been holding strong at these levels...
