It is not shares. It is ownership interest of the Kenya Block. And it is 5% period. Not 5% of of 35%. That makes ERHC's real interest in the Kenya block 30% and then the Kenyan National Oil Company has a back-in for an additional 10% which will make ERHC's real interest in Kenya somewhere between 27% and 28%. Unless of course they farm some more of that out. It is a relatively small interest and seems to be the only thing ERHC has that anyone is interested in at the moment.
