It's fluctuating IMO because there is no volume so sellers are not going to get a premium at this level. (no buying pressure) Same with NDOL with this market and our being way off the radar there are 1000's of stocks out there having the same pains right now. Speculative money is on the sidelines, I'm about a 1/4 in cash and I bet many more are as well.So In this overall market we start to bargin shop.
