"Past issues" what have they actually done....... Given out more shots than sales that's a fact recently. Who changes auditors a few weeks before the filing is due..... Red flag. Look as hopeful as I am were not seeing things necessary that say "look we screwed you shareholders now thanks for your putting up with our bs and let's bring value to those who believe in what we are doing"

all in my opinion...but likely fact.
