VRCH .0365-current market cap $402,718-stupid cheap undervalued here, imo. Pump & dump scam dead shells with nothing have higher market caps than this.

On just the real estate assets alone that they have RIGHT NOW, market cap should be around $50 million-how is that possible?:

How much is the land worth that VRCH owns? There are listings in Pt. St. Lucie, FL for 1/4 acre lots between $20k-$75k+. Take a median price of $40k for a 1/4 acre, VRCH owns 350 acres. So 1 acre is valued at conservatively $100k. 350 acres X $100k = $35 million dollars.
